Order & Shipping Confirmation:
Order and shipping confirmations will be sent via e-mail to the e-mail address provided.

Standard Delivery:
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order will be shipped with UPS ground services, which can take up to 3-5 days for delivery. Our standard shipping does not require a signature upon delivery. If you would like a signature required, please give us a call at (202) 904-2192. Shipments and deliveries normally occur on weekdays. However, Saturday delivery is available for an additional fee. For Saturday delivery, please give us a call.

Overnight Delivery:
Please call us at (202) 904-2192 to schedule an overnight delivery for an additional charge.

Deliveries to International Destinations and some U.S. Territories:
Please contact us at (202) 904-2192 between 9:30am and 5:30pm U.S. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday for international deliveries and deliveries to some U.S. Territories. Please note that the customer is responsible for all duties and taxes.

Gift Orders:
If you would like a gift receipt sent to the recipient instead of a sales receipt, please call us at (202) 904-2192 to let us know.
