Returns & Exchanges
Returns:
We accept returns for all pieces not visibly worn or damaged within 15 days from the date on the sales receipt. Please call us at (202) 904-2192 to obtain our address and to alert us that your package is coming.
Inside the package, please include:
1) The Sales Receipt.
2) The Reason for Return. Please write this on the Sales Receipt.
3) The Returned Item, including the jewelry box it came in.
** For products purchased at trunk shows, please follow our return instructions. Please note that the commission paid to the event (if applicable) will not be refunded.
All returns must be received in the same condition as when they were originally received. In order to guarantee this, please take extreme care when returning the item to us. For your protection, we recommend insuring the package for the full purchase price and obtaining a tracking number. Please package your item securely. Packaging materials such as bubble wrap are highly recommended.
Your credit card will be reimbursed for the total amount of the item(s) minus the cost of shipping & handling. Please allow 3-7 business days after receipt of the returned item for the refund to appear on the credit card of the original purchaser.
Exchanges:
We are happy to exchange all pieces not visibly worn or damaged within 45 days from the date on the sales receipt. Please call us at (202) 904-2192 to obtain our address.
Inside the package, please include:
1) The Sales Receipt.
2) The Reason for Exchange. Please write this on the sales receipt.
3) The Item to be Exchanged, including the jewelry box it came in.
4) The New Item and Size you would like. Please write this on the sales receipt.

Unless otherwise specified, the new item will be sent to the same shipping address given when the original order was placed.
We do not keep credit card numbers on file. Please call us at (202) 904-2192 if there is any difference in pricing. We will either refund or charge the difference.
You will be notified by e-mail once your exchange is complete and your new item is shipped.
